Itinerary for Best of Mongolia 3 days trip

Day 1 – Semi-Gobi Sand Dunes , Kharkhorum (Orkhon Valley)

  • Explore Semi-Gobi sand dunes

  • Visit ancient capital Kharhorum, explore Orkhon River

  • Erdene Zuu Monestary visit, Kharkhorum Museum

  • Stay the night at ger camp in Orkhon River Valley. Star gazing at night

Day 2 – White Lake (Terkhiin Tsagaan Nuur)

  • We will leave in the morning, drive 5 hours 

  • Once you arrive you can just enjoy the nature

  • Explore old volcanic mountain, there will be many places to hike and trek

  • You will stay at ger camp, early June swimming and being on boat at lake is prohibited.

June 3 – Drive back to Ulaanbaatar

  • Drive will be around 10 hours, we will leave right after breakfast

  • Drive is generally very scenic, you can ask to stop anytime to take a picture

Trip Price : 1,500 USD total for two
